Complaints Procedure

Submit your complaint

Use the form below, or email complaints@propolicyforge.com with the subject line 'Data Protection Complaint'. We will acknowledge receipt within 5 working days.

Investigation

We will investigate your complaint thoroughly and provide a full written response within 30 days. If more time is needed for a complex matter, we will notify you with a revised timescale.

Resolution

We will set out our findings and any action taken or planned to resolve your complaint.

ICO referral (if needed)
